Born in 1982. Grew up watching my dad, Marty Beggs create and record rock and synth. It was pretty sweet watching the oscilloscope for his ARP. He used anything he could get his hands on and he could play everything he did get his hands on.
I have recently completed the first part of my Ode To Martone 1984, Pt. 1. My dad is still alive, but I wanted to honor the memories of being able to grow up around that environment. The 80s was definitely the time of the SYNTH. Every song is meant to bring back nostalgic feelings of being a kid ranging from the mid 70s to early 90s. I feel like I have been able to capture a universal feeling here.
